Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses Soothing Body Lotion Review

Over the last several months, I’ve been loving anything that has a rose scent! My last review that I shared, back in February, was the Invigorating Rosewater Body Wash from JASON. Well, today I have another rose-scented review coming your way! This time I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the 1000 Roses Soothing Body Lotion from Andalou Naturals. I’ve been using it since December, and I definitely have some thoughts on it!

Description: “This ultimate skin food blends emollient rich rosehip and argan oils with shea and cocoa butters to nourish, smooth, and soften the appearance of dry skin. Soothing rosewater delights the senses as superfruit antioxidants and ultra-hydrating aloe vera help protect and uplift skin’s moisture barrier for a luxurious, all-over body treatment.”

How to Use: “Apply over body; absorbs quickly for satin smooth skin.”

Pros: Cruelty-free, vegan, Leaping Bunny-certified, gluten-free, 99% nature-derived, non-gmo, super moisturizing, rich, thick, absorbs quickly, not greasy, gentle, smells like real roses.

Cons: None!

My Thoughts: This lotion is the first product that I’ve used from Andalou Naturals…and I’m definitely not disappointed. First off, the scent is lovely! It actually smells like real roses and not so much like a chemically-produced rose scent. This body lotion is super rich and thick, but it doesn’t at all feel heavy on my skin. It provides my skin a nice, deep moisture and it absorbs super quickly — which I love. I also love that it doesn’t leave a greasy feeling on my skin; it just leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I’ve really been loving this product and I would definitely consider repurchasing it!

Andalou Naturals also offers this lotion in a few other scents for anybody who’s not fond of rose-scented products. I haven’t tried them, but I’d really like to…especially if the formula is the same as this one.

Have you tried the 1000 Roses Soothing Body Lotion from Andalou Naturals? Have you tried any other Andalou Naturals products?
