For today’s Mani Monday, I decided to go with a crisp white! I’ve always loved the look of white nails in the summer; it always stands out against tanned skin and it just looks really clean and chic! I thought about adding a bit of sparkle on top with a glitter nail polish, but I decided to keep things simple this time!
I can’t be the only one…but I find white nail polish so hard to work with. I’m usually pretty good at painting my nails (as I’ve had lifetime experience of doing it), but white nail polish always seems to be a little messy. Or maybe it’s just because the white nail polishes that I’ve used in my life have always had a bit of a thin formula. Anyway, it’s nothing a little nail clean-up can’t fix!

Eekkkkkk, I love the way white polish looks on other people. Despite never trying it for myself, I’ve always wanted to. KL Polish has a white shade called “paper snow” that I’m thinking about snagging, hopefully mine will look as good as yours!

Thank you! I always love the way white nail polish looks…but it’s so hard to work with because it’s either super sheer and you have to apply a million coats, or it’s super messy!

I find white nail polish to be really pretty but always super difficult to put on, no matter the brand.

Totally agree! It always seems to go everywhere! Plus so many white nail polishes are really thin, so many, many coats are needed! It’s fun, once in a while, though!
