A little while ago I decided to try a recipe that I had bookmarked for months — vegan ‘hamburger’ soup. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had to make it. I thought — what better time to make than now!? It’s so cold outside, so hot soup is a must!
The ingredients required for this recipe are carrots, celery, potatoes, tomato sauce, nutritional yeast, various spices, macaroni (I used rotini), olive oil, and vegan ground round. It was literally so simple to make! I just chopped everything up and threw it in a crock pot!
The only “negative” thing I can say about this recipe is the amount of time it took for it to cook. I mean …it just smelled so good; I wanted to eat it right away! The wait was worth it, though, because it was delicious! I highly recommend this recipe!
