My Thoughts: I’ll be honest, when I first received this soap in the mail, I was not a fan of the scent. I didn’t dislike it; it just wasn’t what I was expecting. I thought it was going to have more of a peppermint scent to it, but it was really more of a sweet scent. I was a little disappointed, but the scent grew on me. After using this soap, I find it leaves my skin with a very light, clean scent and feeling really soft — not dry at all, like some other soaps do. I like the fact that when it gets wet, it really lathers up and becomes quite creamy — which feels nice. On the more negative side, I’ve noticed that the steam from the shower has a big effect on the soap, so it’s a good idea not to keep it in the shower area when it’s not needed. It also makes quite a mess when it gets wet, so it’s best kept in a soap dish. And because of the colour of the soap — which is a brownish colour — it just ends up looking gross. Overall, I would say that I think I like this soap, but I don’t like the mess it makes. As much as it’s nice on my skin, I would not repurchase it.
