Today I have a small list of cruelty-free gift ideas for you! Every single one of these products, I’ve personally tried, so I know that they’re great and would make excellent gifts for beauty lovers! Whether you’re cruelty-free, or you’re buying for someone who is cruelty-free, I got you covered!
The first beauty product on my tried-and-true cruelty-free gift ideas list is the BH Cosmetics Essential Eyes 28 Color Eyeshadow Palette. I absolutely love this palette! The colours are gorgeous and they’re all neutral, so this palette is perfect for everyday use. The price of this palette is excellent; I paid under $10 CAD. But, despite the price being so low for an eyeshadow palette, the quality of the eye shadows, I would say, is comparable to eyeshadow palettes that cost $40, $50, or even $60! In Canada, many times, this palette can be found at various Winners locations, which is where I found mine! Or, it can be purchased on Amazon for $24.67 — so not quite the same price.
The second product that I’ve been using for many years and highly recommend is the Grapeseed Glossing Serum from The Body Shop! This is the best hair serum I’ve ever used! It smells absolutely amazing and it’s not heavy on my hair whatsoever! The price of this hair serum is $12 CAD. The Grapeseed Glossing Serum is a great gift for anybody who loves hair products!
The next thing on this list is the Be Delectable Strawberry & Cream Ultra Nourishing Hand Cream by Cake Beauty. I’ve tried all of the Be Delectable Ultra Nourishing Hand Creams, but I love the Strawberry & Cream one the best! All of the scents, however, smell divine! They each retail for around $12 CAD. These hand creams definitely make a great gift!
Another tried-and-true cruelty-free gift idea is the Pacifica Indian Coconut Nectar Perfume. I would definitely recommend checking out any of the perfumes from Pacifica, but I’ve only tried the Indian Coconut Nectar one, so I can really only recommend that one from personal experience! The Indian Coconut Nectar Perfume is an absolutely lovely scent that can be worn, really, all year ‘round! Pacifica perfumes retail from $18 to $31.50 CAD, depending on the size.
I also highly recommend the Italian Lemon Shampoo & Conditioner from Desert Essence! This is a great shampoo and conditioner set! The lemon in the shampoo really helps to clarify hair without stripping away natural oils and the conditioner really gets into hair and leaves it moisturized, healthy, and soft! Both the shampoo and conditioner each retail for about $12.99 CAD. I highly recommend this shampoo and conditioner!
My next recommendation is the Shea Nourishing Whipped-Lotion from The Body Shop! This is another product that smells amazing! I definitely love the Shea line at The Body Shop, but this lotion is probably my favourite product out of all the Shea products! It’s so moisturizing but it doesn’t feel heavy on skin. It’s an excellent everyday moisturizer! It retails for $15 CAD.
Another cruelty-free product that would make a great gift is the J.R. Watkins Lemon Cream Body Wash! This body wash smells delicious! It smells like lemon pie or cookies! It also does a really good job of cleansing and softening skin! It costs around $9.99 CAD and would be perfect for any beauty lover!
The NYX Doll Eye Volume Mascara is also a great option! I first tried this mascara last year, I think, but it’s quickly become one of my ride-or-die products! It makes lashes so full and it stays on all day! It costs around $12 CAD. This mascara would definitely make a great gift for makeup lovers!
And the last of my tried-and-true cruelty-free gift recommendations are the Foam Baths from Nature’s Basics! I seriously love these bubble baths! They smell so good and they’re so affordable! They cost between $4.36 and $5.99 CAD, depending on where you find them, and you get a huge container of product! My favourite one is the sensual one — it has raspberry, jasmine, and patchouli in it, so it smells amazing!
Those are my tried-and-true cruelty-free gift ideas! I hope I’ve given you some good gift ideas for the beauty lovers in your life!
