This past weekend, I tried another vegan baking recipe that I had saved months ago. This time, I made vegan banana chocolate brownies — and, damn, they were good! They were more of a cake brownie rather than a chewy-type brownie — which I absolutely love! These brownies were super easy to make, too — it took me about 50 or 55 minutes total to make these (I baked it about 10 or 12 minutes longer than the recipe called for because my pan was not as wide so the mixture was a bit deeper/thicker), and I didn’t even have to buy any additional ingredients (except the bananas) to what I already had in the house! The only ingredients required for this recipe are flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, bananas, unsweetened dairy-free milk (soy, almond, etc.), canola oil, vanilla extract, and vegan chocolate chips. I’ll tell you, we scarfed several of these brownies down! They were so tasty! I was surprised, though, at how many brownies I got out of this recipe! Anybody want some!?
I highly recommend this recipe! It was so delicious and I definitely will be making these brownies again! Definitely check it out if you’re a fan of chocolate, cakes, and/or brownies!
