I’m constantly saving vegan recipes that I want to try. Anytime I come across a recipe that I’d love to test out, I save it so that I can try it in the future. This weekend, I got around to trying a recipe that I had saved a while ago, which was for vegan Mexican Chocolate Doughnuts. They were absolutely delicious, so I just wanted to share the recipe with you guys!
This recipe was super easy and it only took about 30 minutes from start to finish! The only ingredients needed are bananas, sugar, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, coffee, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, vegan chocolate chips, and unsweetened almond milk. The only thing I left out was the ground ginger because I didn’t have any. Also, the only “issue” I had with this recipe was that I found the mixture to be a little thick, which made it a bit difficult to pour into the doughnut pan, but it was no biggie! The doughnuts were delicious nonetheless!
I highly recommend this recipe!
I almost licked my phone how delicious this looks! 😍
