Today’s post is going to be all about my thoughts on the Pacifica Essential Makeup Removing Wipes. I’ve been on the hunt for some good makeup removing wipes for a while, and I decided to try these out last month. I did a review of the Burt’s Bees Cucumber and Sage Facial Cleansing Towelettes back in mid-September — which I was not overly fond of — but now that Burt’s Bees is selling in China (where animal testing for cosmetics is currently required), it’s not even an option any more. So I decided to give the ones from Pacifica a try. Here are my thoughts on the Essential Makeup Removing Wipes!
I really like these makeup removing wipes! These cruelty-free, vegan makeup removing wipes do a good job of removing makeup and excess oil, refreshing my skin, and leaving my skin looking clean and healthy. I only have to use one wipe to fully remove my makeup (I don’t typically wear a lot of makeup), unlike some other makeup removing wipes I’ve used. These wipes have a nice scent and are more affordable than most other cruelty-free and not cruelty-free makeup removing wipes, priced at $7.00 for a pack of 30.
These wipes come in recyclable packaging, are biodegradable, and are free of gluten, parabens, phthalates, sulfates, petroleum, mineral oil, and peanut oil. On top of that, they’re made with jasmine, jojoba, calendula, chamomile, and coconut water, which help provide hydration and Vitamin C to help with skin elasticity.
Here are my summed up pros and cons of the Pacifica Essential Makeup Removing Wipes!
Good at removing makeup
No FD&C colours, mineral oil, or peanut oil
I think these are my new favourite makeup removing wipes! I love that they’re vegan, cruelty-free, excellent quality, and more affordable than most others! I’ve already repurchased these wipes! I highly recommend them!
